1.The program aims to provide permanent full-time contracts
2.Nurses can expect Band 3 salary to begin with and will move up to Band 5 after passing OSCE exams.
3.Salary will range from £21,000 to £30,000

5.Nurses can benefit from holiday entitlement of up to 27 days a year
